The 8th Cleaner Earth and Atmosphere Conference will be held June 19-20, 2025, at the University of Windsor (UW), Windsor, ON, Canada.
You can reserve the nearby hotels for your stay during the conference, including:
There is no shuttle bus at those hotels, and you would need to take a taxi or Uber from there to UW. You can also use public transportation to commute to the UW. Please check Windsor Transport to identify the best schedule and route for you.
International Attendees
If you travel internationally and need to apply for a visa to come to our CEA2025 conference, please email your registration receipt to TELab@uwindsor.ca and request an official invitation. Note that registration fees are nonrefundable.
Please note that the responsibility for securing the appropriate visa lies with the attendee. Attendees should refer to their local consulate for detailed information. The CEA Conference is not responsible for the successful or unsuccessful procurement of visas by international attendees.

The best place for the attendees to park, if driving, would be in the multi-level parking garage right across the engineering building on California Ave for a flat rate of $10/day.

When you arrive at Ed Lumley Centre for Engineering Innovation (CEI), you will see the signs and directions for the CEA2025 conference. All meetings and sessions will be on the first floor.
